4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments must be confirmed in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
5. Access to Property
The client agrees to provide safe and adequate access to the property at the scheduled time. MC Multiservices VIP LLC is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, pets, or unsafe conditions on the premises.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to delivering results that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge, subject to our assessment.
7. Payment
Payment terms will be specified at the time of service confirmation. MC Multiservices VIP LLC accepts payment upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in additional fees or legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
8. Liability
MC Multiservices VIP LLC takes care in handling all property. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left unsecured in work areas. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
